Pokeka Tracker ("the app") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and what rights you have over your data.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
The app can be used without creating an account. A user ID is generated automatically via anonymous authentication. If you sign in with Apple, we only store the identifier provided by Apple. We do not collect your email address or name.
Portfolio data
Collection data you enter (items, purchase price, purchase date, quantity) is stored on Firebase servers. This data is accessible only by the user who created it and is never exposed to other users.
Price alerts
Price alerts you configure (target item, target price, direction) are stored on the server.
Device tokens
To deliver push notifications, we store Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens. Invalid tokens are automatically removed.

3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information only for the following purposes:
- Storing and syncing your portfolio data
- Delivering price alert notifications
- Providing item search functionality (Algolia)
- Automatic currency conversion using exchange rates
4. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services. Each service processes data according to its own privacy policy.
- Firebase (Google LLC): authentication, data storage, push notifications, analytics
- Algolia: item search
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is protected by Firebase security rules. Authenticated users can only access their own data. All data in transit is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's settings screen. Deletion removes your portfolio data, price alerts, and authentication records from the server.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13.
8. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes on this page.
